Posture and Stretching
Core muscles (mainly abs and back extensors) are responsible for the proper posture of the body. A core workout allows us to properly train the deepest internal muscles that assist with posture and improve mobility. In this workout, we will strengthen the back extensors, pelvic floor, and especially the deep abdominal muscles.
HIIT & Kickboxing
A high-intensity workout combining strength training and fat burning, with elements from boxing.
Afterward, the body continues to burn fat for up to 48 hours.
Bone-Strengthening Exercise
A low-intensity strength workout aimed at improving bone health and mobility. It also strengthens muscles around joints that are prone to fractures in older age, such as knees, back, hips, shoulders, etc.
